Section 163
Not to be enslaved
(1) No person shall make or cause any person to be a slave or a servant, a servant, keep him in such a position, employ him or do any other similar thing.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for five to ten years and fined from fifty thousand to one lakh rupees.
